A giant fair that merges devotion with regional folk art, theater, food stalls, and traditional games.The Raas Mela in Cooch Behar, West Bengal, is a major fair and festival celebrated during the November-December period. The Raas Chakra, a symbolic wheel decorated with paper floral designs and pictures of Sri Krishna, is a key feature of the event. The Raas Mela is traditionally held at the Raas Mela Ground, previously known as the Parade Ground.
